$3,000,000 Extorted from East Coast Bank Customers in Massive Fraud Scheme

A Pennsylvania man has pleaded guilty to defrauding people’s bank accounts worth millions of dollars.

According to to the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, Jeremy Antuan Boria Fraticelli, 23, along with his accomplices, defrauded banks and their customers of more than $3 million in three Keystone State counties.

Fraticelli and his colleagues relied on a strategy of posing as bank customer representatives and persuading loan customers to give them their information.

The personal information was used to withdraw money from the victims’ accounts. The money was deposited into accounts controlled by Fraticelli and his followers.

According to the Attorney General, the terrorist attack “robbed many unsuspecting Pennsylvanians who thought they were talking to the people they were trying to protect.”

Fraticelli has been sentenced to nearly two years in prison after pleading guilty to burglary and theft. He is also commanded to heal his sick.

“This week, he was sentenced to one year (minus one day) in prison for 23 months, followed by five years of probation, and ordered to pay more than $537,000 in restitution.”

In addition to Fraticelli, 23 other people or their associates were charged with lying to bank customer representatives to obtain personal information. Fourteen people have pleaded guilty, while nine cases are still pending.
