Another famous day in crypto, and the season of use does not end.
Triple-A, a payment system that helps businesses pay and get paid around the world, has been hit by yet another cryptocurrency scam. The action resulted in more than $9.70 million in losses for several chains.
This action comes two days after the crypto space saw $35 million disappear in three separate transactions in one day. Are hackers outsmarting the existing blockchain ecosystem?
Triple-A loses $9.7M in crypto hack
According to PeckShieldAlert, Triple-A wallets lost more than $9.7 million after hackers extracted tokens from four chains and the amount could be much higher. These chains were used in the Triple-A hack combination TRON (TRX), Ethereum (ETH), Polygon (POL)and Arbitrage (ARB).
In particular, the Arbitrum bridge chain continues to be involved in many of these hacks.
The user hacked the stolen money from Ethereum, like almost any other hack. At the moment, the money has been included in an address that has 5,227 ETH, equivalent to $9.696 million.

Worryingly, Triple-A did not approve of the attack. Deposits are still alive, and new money continues to be poured in, the failure of many hot wallets.
Users have criticized the silence of the Triple-A team, which is acting as if it is not happening. However, some users suggest that it may be a creator rather than a destroyer.
Crypto hacks skyrocket in July
The hack is an indication that hackers may be compromising existing blockchain infrastructure. Some recovery attempts have been successful, but many hacks have left organizations counting losses.
Two days ago, there were three crypto shows BSquared Network, AFX Trade, and True-Ethereum Bridge. The latest hack brings the total amount stolen to $41.83 million this week, according to DefiLlama.
In addition, the crypto has lost almost $ 106 million to spend this month of July, with 6 days to go. Bonzo Lend leads the biggest loss this week, at about $10.05 million.

In the last 90 days, $264 million has been withdrawn from crypto through transactions. On average, this is $ 2.90 million per day for 94 transactions. The speed seems to be increasing with each new generation of many types of AI.

These hacks reinforce the notion that DeFi may be preparing for a similar cycle of FUD as seen in Q1 and Q2.
Brief Summary
- Triple-A lost $9.70 million to the operation that affected TRON, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum chains.
- The exploiter bridges Ethereum’s money as the week’s total price cut to $41.83 million.
