Altcoins Among the Most Traded Groups of the Year, Analyst Flags ETH, ADA, SUI and GALU Setups

Crypto expert Dan Gambardello sees four altcoins right now. The setups that are being made across Ethereum, Cardano, SUI and GALU on Bitcoin are sitting at levels not seen before.

“I’m not saying it’s down and in. I don’t play the game anymore. I’ve done it and I’ve made mistakes,” he said. “However, every cycle so far, these same indicators have been very low.”

Ethereum: The Fractal of November 2024

Ethereum is making an appearance on the daily chart that shows the launch of November 2024 before that year. The upper and lower legs are expanding at the 20-day and 50-day moving averages.

Gambardello sees $2,800 as the first level of resistance, which corresponds to the 200 day moving average. If Ethereum can hold its current support position and break the list, it is seen as an asset that can lead the altcoin movement.

Refusal to return to the moving trend is still possible, but the fractal pattern is static for now.

Cardano: House of MACD Squeeze

Cardano’s daily MACD is showing a squeeze that looks similar to the October and November 2024 formation that preceded the ADA breakout. Gambardello expects one signal: a green closing histogram above the zero line and a real run behind it.

He said fakeouts are possible, pointing to a false signal in September 2024 before the actual migration. But the establishment is there and they are keeping an eye on it.

SUI: 85% Down and Monthly Stoch RSI Oversold

SUI is down 85% from its peak. The monthly Stochastic RSI has been trading for over a year, a surprisingly high reading for a fast-moving oscillator.

Mr. Gambardello said that this type of product, which has been sold for a long time, does not happen very often. If a reversal comes, he sees $1.50 as a short- to medium-term target.

DOG on Bitcoin: 91% Drawdown, Number One Meme Coin

DOG is down 91% from its all-time high, putting it in the same category as ADA and SUI. Gambardello described it as the 1st meme currency on Bitcoin and added that it was the most used meme currency on X last week.
