Arbitrum DAO to Unlock $70M ETH for KelpDAO Recovery

Arbitrum DAO is voting to release 30,766 ETH (about $70M) that was previously frozen after the KelpDAO hack. The money was secured by the Security Council and now needs public approval to be resubmitted. If the request passes, the ETH will be sent to DeFi United, a partnership to restore support for rsETH. The vote is still open until May 7, and approval would make Arbitrum one of the biggest contributors to the restoration.
