Tradeify today opened registration for The Grand Cup 2: Outlaws, a free entry-level tournament with a prize pool of $1,000,000. The format includes a five-day qualifier with an elimination bracket of 1,024 traders and a prize of $5,000 for each of the 24 “Outlaw” invited competitors. Registration is now open at tradeify.co/grandcup; The winners will begin on May 17-22, and the bracket will run on May 26 through the tournament on June 5.
The Boca Raton-based company has paid more than $200 million for traders making money since its launch in 2024. Grand Cup 2 is the second round of the competition, following the opening of the Grand Cup in 2025.
How the interface works
Participation in the qualification is free. Investors are trading a $50,000 equivalent account with a maximum of $2,500 per five trading days, consisting of one subcontract or ten subcontracts. Rankings are based on account completion, and the top 1,000 traders advance.
In the head-to-head section, the qualifiers compete against each other in a one-day match for a new $50,000 account with no download rule. Any seller who has a large amount of money. All traders must take at least three trades and hold each for longer than ten seconds in their matchup. Failure to meet the requirements is simply forfeit.
The group cuts the field in half each day. Day 1 takes 1,024 traders to 512, Day 2 to 256, and so on. Two finals on June 5 to claim the Champion.
The Outlaws are good
Twenty-four traders, selected by Tradeify, will enter the bracket directly as Outlaws. Every trader who clears Outlaw takes home $5,000 on top of their round prize.
Prize package
The total prize is $1,000,000. The winner takes home $200,000. The remaining $800,000 is paid out in $80,000 tranches across ten elimination rounds, split equally among the traders who are eliminated each round.
This puts $80,000 in the winner’s purse, $40,000 for each of the semifinalists, and $20,000 for each of the four quarterfinalists.
Platforms, tools, and updates
Grand Cup 2 will be on NinjaTrader/Tradovate and Rithmic platforms such as Tradesea. Each user uses one account. Eligible individuals who have canceled their account can renew up to three times for $29 per renewal. The reset is available on the eligible screen only; is not found on the bracket.
