BeInCrypto Institutional 100: 16 Leading Companies Leading the Way in Digital Assets



The BeInCrypto Institutional 100 Awards 2026 enters its final phase with the pillar of Access to Digital Assets down to 16 companies nominated in four categories.

This pillar focuses on companies that help organizations access, monitor, and manage the transparency of digital assets. This shortlist includes suppliers, asset managers, international banks, and market data platforms. The winners were announced at Proof of Talk in Paris on June 2, 2026.

The companies below are listed alphabetically within each category. He was not elected.

High Quality Digital Equipment

The group identifies managed funds that give organizations visibility into the digital economy. The short list covers ETFs, many crypto assets, and token funds.

Shortlisted Firm Why It Made the Short List
Bitwise BSOL became the largest US Solana ETF after its October 2025 NYSE launch. It accounted for 80% of the entry into the group. BITB also launches Bitwise’s $15 billion trading platform in the US, UK, and Europe.
BlackRock IBIT reached nearly $67 billion in AUM as of May 2026, making it the benchmark for Bitcoin ETF exposure. BUIDL also crossed the $3 billion mark, leading the global investment fund group.
Opinions of the company Fidelity Investments FBTC is in second place behind IBIT in the Bitcoin ETF category, which has about $17 billion in AUM. Fidelity also manages assets in-house through Fidelity Digital Assets, NA, its national bank.
Franklin Templeton The BENJI tokenized money market fund suite exceeded $1.98 billion in AUM by April 2026. It is now deployed across more than eight blockchains, making it the broadest among tokenized funds.

Fund Manager of the Year

The group recognizes companies that operate large vehicles dedicated to crypto. It covers venture capital, hedge funds, and investment strategies.

The price of 16Z Crypto a16z closed Crypto Fund V at $2.2 billion in May 2026. The company remains one of the largest crypto-dedicated venture managers, with portfolio companies such as Uniswap, Anchorage Digital, Jito, and Kalshi.
Bitwise Asset Management Bitwise manages more than $15 billion in client assets across 30-plus cryptocurrency exchanges in the US, UK, and Europe. Its launch of BSOL in October 2025 helped reshape the Solana ETF market.
Pantera Capital Pantera was the first US asset manager dedicated to blockchain. Founded in 2003, it now operates investment, hedge, and equity strategies with over $5 billion in AUM.
Paradigm Paradigm raised a $1.5 billion fund in February 2026 to expand in AI and frontier technologies along with its main crypto concept. His portfolio includes Coinbase, Uniswap, Optimism, and Flashbots.

A Leader in Digital Asset Adoption

The group recognizes organizations that put digital assets, digital assets, and blockchain infrastructure into customer service at scale.

BlackRock Kinexys by JP Morgan brought JPM Coin (now JPMD) to public blockchains. The release also included Base in 2025 and Canton Network in January 2026, expanding the institutional access to bank-issued tokens.
Loyalty Fidelity integrates spot crypto ETFs, including FBTC and FETH, in-house through Fidelity Digital Assets, NA. This gives the company one of the most integrated digital services in the US.
Price HSBC HSBC Orion has funded more than $3.5 billion in digital bonds globally. The bank also received the HKMA stablecoin issuance certificate ahead of the planned launch of the HKD stablecoin in the second half of 2026.

This group covers platforms that provide chains, markets, and indexes that are used to monitor and analyze the economic situation.

Shortlisted Firm Why It Made the Short List
Coin Metrics Talos acquired Coin Metrics in July 2025 for over $100 million, marking Talos’ largest deal to date. Coin Metrics’ integrated access to chain, market, and index data with institutional trading and portfolio management.
Dune Analytics Dune contains over 200,000 dashboards, 6.5 million queries, and 1.5 million datasets across 100-plus blockchains. In 2026, it launched AI Agents and dbt Connector for data traffic.
Glass node Glassnode supports on-chain analysis of over 1,700 assets and 900 metrics. It also publishes annual Charting Crypto reports with Coinbase Institutional and will launch the Glassnode MCP server in 2026.
to the court Kaiko serves more than 200 clients worldwide and joined ISDA in April 2026. Its partnership with S&P Dow Jones Indices also brought the iBoxx US Treasuries Index on-chain as a benchmark.

The BeInCrypto Institutional 100 is an annual survey of 25 groups across six pillars: Capital Markets & Infrastructure, Access to Digital Assets, Tokenization & On-Chain Finance, Enterprise Blockchain, Regulation & Governance, and Retail to Crypto Bridge.

The 2026 evaluation window ran from April 2025 to March 2026.

The shortlists were selected through BeInCrypto’s editorial search process and blind scoring by an external panel of digital content experts.

Each group follows one of three scoring systems, based on market history. Public records, regulatory filings, audited reports, chain information, ETF trackers, and selected disclosure forms were used where available.

Final results are not published. Inclusion in the shortlist reflects the combined results of research and jury evaluation.
