62,150 Americans Warned After ‘Unauthorized Party’ Breaches Houston Health Care Company – Personal and Health Records May Be Exposed


A company that specializes in pediatrics and primary care says hackers have hit its network and stolen files, which could reveal patient information.

The company claims an unauthorized entity gained access to its computers and stole files that may include patient information such as full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license and/or state identification numbers, medical record numbers, medical records/conditions, lab results, medical reports and more.

“On or about July 17, 2025, an unauthorized party accessed our computers. When we became aware of the unauthorized activity, we immediately documented the incident and began a thorough investigation. As part of our investigation, we contacted cyber security experts to obtain personal information, if any.”

Blue Fish he says notified those affected immediately while encouraging them to place fraud alerts or freeze protection on their credit files and obtain a free credit report from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

So far, Blue Fish says it has not seen any evidence of theft or financial fraud related to the data breach. The company states that it tests and updates its systems to improve the security and privacy of its systems.
