A US bank employee has admitted to falsifying a loan application and giving $50,000 to himself.
The DOJ he says Jordan Andrew Hennessy, 38, was responsible for negotiating with lenders at First Interstate Bank in Montana.
“His position allowed him to be on both sides of the business, to negotiate with himself.” After the $50,000 loan was disbursed, Hennessy transferred Stillwater Group funds from a joint account she had created in her father’s name into her checking account.
Hennessy then used the money to finance several ventures with an online investment company and eventually defaulted on a $50,000 loan. “
This happened on March 11, 2022, when Hennessy worked as a business relationship manager.
