“Catnapper’s Bank Robbery Attempt Failed!

Magnolia, our sweet 3.5 month old kitten, was lucky today when she was stolen from her home at Pet Supplies Plus in Beltsville.

The man who took her walked across the parking lot to a nearby PNC Bank branch and tried to use her as an accessory in his robbery attempt. He asked the manager of the bank to hold the child while he was writing a note, and then handed the note to the person who told him to give him all the money.

Fortunately, the robbery was unsuccessful, the suspect was arrested, and Magnolia was found safe in the bank manager’s office, where the two bonded over their difficulties.

Now that her “criminal life” is behind her, Magnolia is back to doing what she does best: stealing hearts.
They still look for her forever home, where the things she steals are fun, toys, and hugs.
