MemeCore leads with 11.2% rally while memecoins gain 8% – Bull wants $1.7

Memecoins have experienced a downward spiral amid significant weakness in the market.

However, in the last 24 hours, memecoin’s market cap rose 8% to $23 billion, while trading volume rose 77% to $2.85 billion.

Amidst this overall sector change, MemeCore (M) also rose, after successfully holding $1.1 and rising to the all-time high of 1.329.

As of this writing, MemeCore is trading at around $1.32, up 11.2% on the daily charts. However, its sales volume fell by 13%, which means that its market share is not coming back.

As the growth rate of the whole field changes, M the traders also rushed to place their positions, fearing that they would miss out.

As a result, the Open Interest of memecoin increased by 9.4% to $25.66 million. Such a jump in OI led to increased participation as entrepreneurs opened new locations.

Meanwhile, memecoin’s Long/Short Ratio jumped above 1 across the board. The overall ratio was close to 1.07 at the time of writing, indicating a strong preference for long positions.

This means that traders often open long positions, which indicates that traders expect the market to continue to rise.

On the other hand, the same feelings were observed. According to CoinGlass data, the memecoin spot netflow fluctuated negatively over a 24-hour period.

At the time of press, Netflow was $26k, which means traders have bought again in an attempt to chase the rally. In most cases, high demand, especially speculation, has led to long-term power pumps.

What shows the power shows

As MemeCore saw a recovery in demand, memecoin’s momentum gained momentum. For example, memecoin’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) made a strong consolidation and rose to 47.

At these levels, the RSI showed buyers returning to the market, but it has not yet fully corrected. The EMA also confirms these short-term strengths.

M reversed the 20-day EMA, showing short-term strength. These two indicators show the need to recover, which has caused the market to raise.

If the demand is there, the RSI will change to 50, thus confirming the continuation of the trend. By doing this, MemeCore will change the 50-day EMA at $1.7.

However, if this attempt fails, it means that it has failed to restore the market, and another pull to $ 1.1 will follow.

Brief Summary

  • M rose 11.2% after holding up $1.1 to $1.3 during the quarter.
  • MemeCore’s demand returned when the memecoin sector was rebranded.
