Senate Republicans and the White House have released the latest updates to the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act. The new version includes documents from the Senate Banking and Agriculture committees, as well as interviews between Republican lawmakers (Senators Cynthia Lummis and Bernie Moreno) and the White House.

What does the new text of the CLARITY Act say?
