Symbiotic and Midas Build Instant Liquidity for Tokenized Assets

April 28, 2026 – Dubai, UAE

Built on the Symbiotic Core and integrated into Midas’ Open Liquidity Architecture, the partnership adds a standard RFQ standard for brand products: T+0 atomic stability with no idle fees and no pre-purchase fees.

Many token assets remain inactive. Redemptions can take 60 to 180 days or more, leaving payments frozen in between. Tokenization has solved the problem but deep, reliable liquidity at scale remains an open problem.

Symbiotic and Midas today announced the expansion of the Instant Liquidity product for tokenized assets, built on Symbiotic Core V2. Symbiotic Instant Liquidity is an RFQ-based liquidity solution integrated as part of Midas’ Open Liquidity Architecture. It offers the most cost-effective way to redeem onchain RWA: a dedicated currency pays for redemption without the need for pre-paid funds or idle deposits, while maintaining its full functionality. The solution is looking at several Midas properties, including Fasanara’s mGLOBAL, which was recently launched on the Midas platform.

The model is straightforward. The asset manager submits their request for redemption, and Symbiotic-registered market makers respond with bids through the onchain RFQ system. The product is priced, the best offer is offered, and the return is completed in one market. Market makers don’t need to pre-book the investment and get the spread by doing it. The same system also works in the lending market, through Redstone Settle, which in the past has been a major obstacle for DeFi systems built on financial assets.

This is made possible by the Symbiotic Core. The upcoming V2 upgrade brings with it a larger space, allowing Symbiotic’s inventory to be stable while being deployed between regular events. Instead of sitting idle, it can be assigned to standard DeFi protocols like Morpho and Euler and automatically recalled upon activation, enabling instant settlement without any upfront fees. Others involved in Keyring are Term Finance.

“Liquidity is what turns a financial institution into a market. The RWA space would have been in the trillions without it.” Symbiotic Core is changing that: dedicated funds now work like funds, eliminating redemptions without being inactive. This is what the stock market is all about. – Misha Putiatin, Co-Founder, Symbiotic

Midas recently closed a $50 million Series A to build financial products with school symbols. mGLOBAL is Fasanara’s flagship fund, a symbol of Midas and the first stock to be on Symbiotic Instant Liquidity. Integrated within Midas’ Open Liquidity Architecture, this RFQ layer expands the ability to redeem instantly and onchain, a crowdfunding system open to eligible market makers.

“The biggest conflict in the commodities industry has been redemptions. You can invest in a fund, but if the exit takes weeks, you haven’t solved anything.” Symbiotic Instant Liquidity, as part of Midas’ Open Liquidity Architecture, changes the equation. – Dennis Dinkelmeyer, Co-Founder & CEO, Midas

Instant Liquidity is one feature of the Symbiotic stock market. Cap Labs, which works with loans, and Nexus Mutual, which works in insurance, are already there. Three different financial products, three different markets, one share market.

Any provider can join. Any market maker can participate.
