Even though the main crypto market has shown a lot of weakness, STABLE has been going strong. When the market fell on the 24th of June, STABLE defended the $0.33-support and rose above $0.365.
At the time of writing, STABLE was trading at around $0.362, an increase of 5.5% in the last 24 hours in addition to a 7% weekly gain.
At the same time, the volume of altcoin sales increased by 25% to $ 20.8 million, indicating the improvement of the market.
Why is STABLE waiting?
Daily STABLE charts confirm a bullish pattern. The altcoin jumped above its 20-day and 50-day EMA at $0.349 and $0.344 respectively.
In doing so, the altcoin clearly topped both the short and long trends, confirming the current strength on the charts.

The Stochastic Momentum Index confirmed this market sentiment. The SMI index rose to 17, while its index rose to 7. Although the SMI remained in bearish territory, its upward trend indicates a rising momentum and the availability of buyers.
The site’s work confirmed this point. The altcoin’s Spot Netflow extended its stay in negative territory, staying there for seven consecutive days.

That’s not all though in the last 24 hours, Spot Outflows increased to $527K while Inflows decreased to $365K. As a result, Netflow dropped 2617% to $162K – A clear sign of continued demand.
Therefore, it is fair to say that the altcoin has shown recent strength, mainly driven by the constant demand for space.
Is network stability a concern?
Although STABLE has been showing strength, tactically, the market has caused concern.
At first, network usage is still very weak. For example, a look at STABLE’s Price DAA Divergence showed that the metric has remained negative for 7 consecutive days.

A negative DAA Divergence means that Active Addresses have been failing and are not maintaining value. USer compatibility often leads to weak internet connections, meaning that uptrend does not have a strong user base.
Historically, such structural weaknesses have greatly increased the risk of price fixing.
Are altcoins on the rise?
STABLE showed its strength, driven by strong market demand. With increasing momentum, the altcoin can be set to make a profit again.
Therefore, under these conditions, STABLE will close above $0.36 and change to $0.40-resistance.
However, as we have seen, pullback problems remain due to structural weakness. If the bull test fails and the price fails to close above $0.36, a reversal will follow.
Another pullback will see the altcoin drop below $0.34 and seek immediate support at $0.32.
Brief Summary
- STABLE rose 5% and defended well at $0.33, moving to an all-time high of $0.36 within the range.
- The altcoin remains structurally weak, with little use by users putting the risk of a return to $0.32.
