President Trump’s financial advisers made more than 21,000 trades across eight accounts during his first year in the White House.

The Office of Government Ethics released Trump’s financial disclosures, which show the president’s personal accounts grew to $858 million and positions in nearly 1,600 companies. reports ABC news.

This volume surpasses the 86 transactions recorded in 2017 and contrasts with the 13 transactions that former President Joe Biden made during his entire term.

Those in defense and technology industries such as Palantir ( PLTR ), Lockheed Martin ( LMT ), Boeing ( BA ), Raytheon ( RTX ), Intel ( INTC ) and Nvidia ( NVDA ) hold government contracts or are subject to regulatory requirements.

The disclosure did not indicate whether the stock was bought before or after the announcement.

Trump told reporters that market capitalization explains profits, noting that everyone benefits when stocks go up.

“You know? why? I’m benefiting? Because ?the stock market is going up, everyone is benefiting.”

The White House also says that professional accountants handle accounts in accordance with industry standards.

The disclosure also reflects a flurry of trading activity that coincides with market trends, including buying ahead of Trump’s comments on Palantir.

“Palantir Technologies (PLTR) has proven it has the capabilities and weapons to fight. Just ask our enemies!!! President DJT.”

The total cost of all transactions various between $ 600 million and $ 1.86 billion according to a different analysis of the documents.
